Appointments
We still encourage clinic visits by APPOINTMENT but walk-ins are welcomed. If you book an appointment, please extend us the courtesy of being on time for your scheduled appointment. We appreciate that you, too, have a schedule to keep and as such, we will endeavour to keep waiting times to a minimum. However, please bear in mind that a medical practice can be unpredictable and we may not be able to stick to exact appointment times, due to emergencies, unwell patients, procedures and so on.
If you arrive to the clinic as walk-in patient, please be aware that you will be seen in order of the following priority:
- Emergencies
- Appointments
- Walk-ins
Cancellations
If you are aware that you will unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please inform us 24 hours prior to the appointment time. We are aware that emergencies do occur, and in the event of such, please extend the courtesy of calling us as soon as possible. There is NO cost for appointment cancellations. Similarly, if you are running late for an appointment, please call ahead to determine whether you can be fit into the schedule or whether you need to make another appointment.
General Reminders
As with any organisation, we expect our patients to abide by the following rules, to maintain a harmonious and productive relationship:
- Aynat Medical Centre has a strict NO CREDIT policy
- Photography and videography are STRICTLY PROHIBITED while within or around the clinic
- To ensure your undivided attention, please refrain from the use of your cell phone during the doctor-patient consultation
